Return and Refund Policy

At Chronaq, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, including the box, bag, card, and any included accessories.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for the request. Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, scratches, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be confirmed with the customer directly.

Shipping fees, express delivery fees, and international delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Chronaq reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
